3 Mth Surgiversary, 50% Loss to goal, & Pics!
So I am very excited Its been an exciting ride for sure and if you had told me Id be weighing 50 Lbs less today than 3 mths ago, Id have said you're bonkers! But here I am! I remember my Surgeon saying anything was possible, and my thinking in my head was sure, as long as I make some progress, Ill be happy, but I gotta say, Im ecstatic with the progress and even more so the potential. I'm a believer now!
3 mth Drs Appt f/up today also. My Nut said something sweet, She said," I was a walking commercial for them". Really Great time for me!
NSV for me so Far: Off all medicines except seasonal allergies; Size 14 pants (whoo Hoo that's a new one today, and they aren't even tight!); Crossing my legs; Being able to work in the hot sun for 12 hrs and it being ok, tired but still able to do it; Walking 5 miles with no problem; chasing after a 4 year old... and keeping up...more or less; my hubby giving me those looks...; and so many more, but mostly just feeling good in general!
On the Pics, the first is the night before surgery (note the hosp wristband) and the other three were this morn.
Lastly Many Thanks for everyone here's support! It has been Huge!
