hi, I'm new here. Just sleeved 5/7 so I am just 5 days post op. Still pretty sore and tired but getting my fluids and jello in.

Im researching what types of foods, or recipes to try for my next stage, the mushy/ soft foods. Besides soup and yogurt, what other foods do you recommend? Is there a place on OH to find this?

thanks for any help you can provide!

Oh oh and I need to figure out how to make a weight loss ticker!

I have don't have the ticker so can't help you there.

Best wishes to you.  Check out these 2 sites for good eating.

You can make your ticker by Clicking the the "My OH" link in the top right corner of the screen , then selecting the Health tracker option, then the "Tickers and Widgets"  tab...

Welcome!!! the sites mentioned for recipes are both great.  And how to make your ticker.

Keep working on your fluids and protein.  Protein is important to keep your hair and muscles and heal.  at this point, walk, sip, rest, repeat!!!!

Welcome!

Loved scrambled eggs then I would mash them with my fork.

Refried beans with a little sprinkle of cheese and taco sauce

Chili, red and also white chicken chili, but I would mince up the meats or puréed them at first

Those were some of my favorites
