Well, I'm going to be honest and say I didn't log my food on Mother's day.  My son made me a toaster waffle, with peanut butter and syrup with a glass of milk for breakfast.  I ate it and it was wonderful.  It was made with 100% LOVE. :)  He asked me if it was okay, because he knows I don't eat that kind of stuff.  I said it was perfect. :)

Then I didn't eat anything the rest of the day other than a piece of cheese and then we went to the movies and I had a couple handfuls of popcorn.  I drank a lot yesterday.

It was a one time thing and back on track today. :)

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day!

I find it much easier to get back on track since surgery.  We are all human and are going to take days off.  It's the coming back that is important.

Exactly. :)  He was so sweet to make me breakfast!  I need to teach him how to make an omelet. :)  But I have to say, that was the best waffle I have ever had! :D
