6 month surgiversary
Size 10?! I can't wait to be a size 10!! I think we always want to lose more, it's in our nature. I think the head catching up with what your body looks like is a common problem - one I'm already having myself. Just be kind to yourself and perhaps even think about adding a therapist to your recovery. I started seeing one pre-op and have found it insightful and helpful. I only see her every 3-4 weeks, but it's been an appointment I always look forward to.

Yes, I can't believe it either.... I kind of thought the sizing must have been wrong in the jeans. LOL But I also got a pair of black work slacks in a size 10. My mind is blown! I have so much skin, it makes my clothes fit funny. :( I started seeing a therapist prior to my surgery and I've seen her since, but I don't go on a regular basis. I do attend a support group meeting once a month though. :)
Happy Surgerversary!!! You have done great and been a positive support for many. I understand about the arms. I see all the cute sleeveless shirts in the gym and sleeveless dresses but not for me. The rest I can cover up easily but the arms are just out there. And it gets harder and harder to find elbow length stuff for summer.
