Cold and rainy here today too - brrr Yesterday it was upper 70's today low 50's... I know, a month or so ago I'd have been happy with this.
Last couple of days I haven't been hungry and nothing tasted good. Today I'm making up for it...

D - either leftover pork chop, chicken or hamburg w/o bun at my daughters'

Water: very low today - that could be why I feel "hungry?"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Late post didn't get to it yesterday, but keeping a real tight control on my carbs which is helping to move me in a very good direction...down two lbs in the last two days :-).
B-Protein Iced Coffee I also contribute this to my success, I'm making it with the low calorie almond milk (only 30 calories plus a scoop and half of the protein so it fills me up, plus water, coffee & ice so im drinking almost 32 oz fluid fist thing) that's a lot for me.

D- Grilled chicken bites from Chick Gil A. Really yummy & the boys liked their dinner too ;-)
