Im back on track today and I hope you all are doing well also!!

B-Iced Protein Coffee

S-Pesto Hummus (1 oz)

L- Ckn Salad (2 oz)

S- 1 HB Egg

Dinner - Not sure yet but you can bet it'll be protein!!

Water & Vits: on track

Miles: Walking group did about 2.5 miles today...really sore though from the yard work this weekend.  I was feeling it today..ouch.

Good choices all (and frown at those nasty carbs for me!!!)

Both you and J Connel above are both eating this carbmaster brand (and Elizabeth),  I can't find their products anywhere!  Where do you get them?

Navychic, it is Kroger-branded product. I have both the yogurt 9g protein and use their milk too (less carb, more protein).

Good morning, a little late. Had a long 14 hour day at work

B protein coffee, grilled italian sausage link

s cup of coffee with half and half

L grilled hamburger with sauteed onions and mushrooms

S light and fit greek yogurt key lime

D grilled hot dog with mustard, cottage cheese about 1/4 cup with a few strawberries
