15 minute walks, push-ups, squats and stairs

I think it's finally going to hit 70 degrees in Indiana today. I'd say it's about time. Hello it's May, right? :)
Pureed Stage
B - Protein HC
L - Mint Chocolate Protein Shake (got mine yesterday finally and agree with everyone here - it's wonderful!)
D - Soup of some kind with protein powder added
S - Yogurt
Over 90 oz liquids daily; All vites daily.
I plan to walk again today. It's funny how much you want to walk vs. felt like you should walk post-surgery. Now I look forward to it and actually enjoy it. It's nice having more energy.
