So another workday almost down, and Im so ready for it to be over, but I thought this would be a nice way to start the rest of it.

I wanted to ask you what your favorite NSV was as we go through this journey??  Mine other than the obvious health benefits is my confidence.  I fell better when I walk into a room, I feel better in clothes, I feel better if I have to bend down to pick something up & really I just feel better period.  Ya gotta love it!

B-Protein coffee - But it curdled so I only drank a bit

S- Krave Black cherry Jerky First time with this flavor, I liked it.

L- 1 cup lobster Bisque

S- 1/4 cup seafood salad not really feeling this brand...

D- Im thinking pork chops

w & V: On track

Wishing Good choices to all!

I just finished the file cleanup I've been working on for about 4 weeks.  There are approximately 6,500 files and I went thru every one, cleaned them out and organized all the paperwork.  So happy that part is done.  Now I will get them ready for storage.

NSVs I really like is being able to cross my legs, shop in the Misses Dept., confidence in myself, wearing dresses, skirts and belts although since I re-gained a few lbs. I've not been wearing the belts.

B-Inspire Caramel Latte protein powder in coffee

B2-Greek yogurt with a few blackberries

L-2 thin slices deli ham w/Swiss cheese, applesauce

S-Nature Valley Almond bar

D-Tilapia maybe, zucchini

Jo The File cleanup alone is a huge NSV.  Completing any task seemed insurmountable before, let alone one so huge!  But I also like to be able to cross my legs...it just feels feminine ;-)

busy day with meetings and more meetings.  Doing my first parade with my pony tomorrow then leaving for a competition on Thurs-Sun, then a conference early next week and my poor little brain is overwhelmed.

When you say pony I think of my 4 year old clinging to the one this last easter, and somehow I just don't think you mean the same thing :-)
