I was 56 when I had my surgery. I am now closing in on 61. Best thing I ever did for me.

So I had some carb issues this week, and gained 3lbs early in the week, then worked aggressively to lose it at the end.  I ended up maintaining from last week and am ok at least with that much.  That said it was a learning experience, I made small slipups, I really doubted it would've made a difference (a grilled chkn wrap & I ate the tortilla (split over 3 meals), a starbucks Chai latte, a couple of the tiniest mint candies), that was until I saw the 3lb gain.  But evidently if I want to continue to lose, I can't stray from the plan at all.  I suppose its good I know before I do something that's harder to recover from.

Last week:193

This week:193

I'm Jo   HW 245, SW 236, CW 151 Yeah (Normal BMI!!!!)
