B - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - Greek yogurt
S - fresh strawberries w/1/2 & 1/2
D - cheese burger and few fries
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

MILES:
laundry, housework and grandbaby sitting

Hope Roz is having a great vacation. Missed a couple of days here, still tracking on my fitness pal though.

B protein coffee

L 2 oz turkey breast with one ounce cheese and a smear of mayo

S vanilla almond quest bar

D 4 ounce cheese burger with sauteed onions and mushrooms

S atkins sweet and salty snack (pms is getting to me today!)

Vites done

Fluid 72 ounces

Miles walking with Buddy Love. Yard work, cleaning.
