Omg this is two funny I have to be at the hospital by 8am and I live in Oakville my weight was 205  before opti I am going to weigh myself tomorrow morning to see how much I have lost I did that because I am trying not to fixate on the number on the scale since I always do that and then tend to feel bad if its not enough. what is your name? We can look for each other at the hospital. What a small world. 

We even have the same weight starting and my goal weight is 130 as well
