scrambled egg with a slice of bacon

L 4 chicken wings, mild and several celery sticks dipped in ranch

S quest bar

D cheeseburger, no bun

vites done

fluid, a little short again! 52 oz

miles, hubby took the day off with me, so only 7300 steps on the pedometer

I was advanced to pureed stages on Friday - yahoo!

B - Protein Hot Chocolate

L - 2.5 oz Ricotta Bake

D - 2.5 oz Egg "Salad" (pureed eggs with a little mayo, mustard and spices)

S - Isopure/Water Mix

My hubby is roasting a turkey tomorrow.  Can't wait to try something even more savory - even if it's pureed!  :)

Hello, What is protein coffee, and where can I buy it? Thanks a lot!

there are some coffee flavored protein but I don't use those.  I brew a 5 c coffee maker with decaf.  While that is working, I mix about a scoop and half of protein powder with warm water.  Then I used that to "cream" my decaf.  Lots of us use it to get a good protein blast in the morning but I think we all make it a little different.  Some use milk or milk sub instead of water.  My favorite protein to use is 3/4s of mint cookie, 3/4s vanilla.  I also like chocolate, caramel, vanilla/cinnamon.  You can also add some SF syurp.  Have fun with it. The main thing is to mix it in something, not just put it in the hot coffee.  that will leave you with clumps and curdles, yuck.
