Breakfast: Mint Cookie shake with Carbmaster Milk (34 protein)
Lunch: Lettuce Wraps with 3 oz turkey, cheese, tomato and mustard (18 protein)
Dinner: ?? Something high protein

Water: On track
Exercise: I think I have a date tonight with my boyfriend, so I may have to skip my video. I'm sure we'll do plenty of walking though and I will make my video up in the morning!

chai tea and coffee with lots of powdered skim milk and calorie free syrup ( Torani) .
pierogies ( 7 = 2 grams fat cheddar mini ) - about 10 - plus chicken breast ( about 6 ounces ) marinated in fajita spices overnight and sautéed w onion n chicken stock
beet soup ( borscht ) mixed with one huge bag ( dollar produce ) zucchini, shredded . Added spices- one envelope chicken stock, french onion soup mix , thai ginger chicken stock . Will add butter buds and powdered milk after cooking . This makes a delicious fresh zucchini stew- practically calorie free , ridiculously filling and delicious ! I freeze the leftovers i don't eat in twenty four hours as tv dinners .

The Syntrax Matrix Mint Cookie has 23 g of protein, 6 carbs and 150 calories. I add 8 oz of Carbmaster milk (11 g protein, 3 carbs and 60 calories) and some crushed ice. This makes my breakfast shake 34 g of protein, 9 carbs and 210 calories. I drink on this all morning until about 9:00 or 10:00.
Syntrax makes other good flavors too if you haven't tried them. Peanut Butter Cookie, Strawberry and Banana are my other favorites. I buy them from www.mybariatricpantry.com if you spend $100 you get free shipping, if you don't the shipping is a flat rate of $6 or $7, so it still isn't bad. :) They have a sample pack for less than $20 and you can taste all the Syntrax Matrix protein drinks to see which ones you like! :)
This protein is even good mixed with water! I like adding the carbmaster milk because it adds the 11g of protein and only 3 carbs. :)
