I'm so tired and I think my body knows I would do anything to hit onederland and is laughing at me, because I can't seem to get there.  Frustrated!

Hang in there! It will get better.  I'm three weeks out and once it's 8pm I'm done for the day.  I do better when I've taken all my vitamins and have lots of protein and fluids.  We had major surgery so it takes a while for us to get back to normal. I know it adds to you being tired but walking outside, fresh air helps.

I'm with you - dying to hit Onderland.  I have just under 11 lbs left to go.   I just have to trust it will happen soon enough.  Take care of yourself and be sure you are eating protein and taking vitamins.

Try to set mini goals for yourself, like mine are if either of my tickers goes under/over a 10 lb mark. Ie this week my loss ticker dropped to 59 lbs left to lose (under 60, GOAL!)...whoopee!  Or if my weight drops under a 10 lb mark also.  It gives me more reasons to celebrate small wins and they are all HUGE WINS in the scheme of things!

Good Luck on your journey!

It gets better! Each week you'll have more energy. By six weeks, you'll feel pretty darn good- at least it was the mark for me. let yourself rest during this time. Your body needs it!

Remember to give your body time to adjust, it is going through some huge changes in a very short time. Every time I got a little frustrated I would remind myself at how far I had already come.  I would also try to focus on non-scale things (like organizing my "skinny" clothes). When I look back now this was the fastest weight loss I had ever had on any diet I went on.  My last few pounds are now coming off very slowly but I am still determined to not let that get to me, I am doing way better than I ever thought I would be before surgery.
