Working today so nothing unusual going on. Much better Protein coffee today, Just took a bit more smooshing and I temp checked it before hand.

I'm feeling so free today without that filing project. The hard part is done. Now those 6,500 files have to be divided by years for storage. That will start Monday.
I stepped on the scale this morning and wanted to stomp it to pieces. I have been doing so well all week with my eating and the numbers are still so ugly. I've planned my whole day and here are the figures: 1,112 calories; 96 carbs; 41 g fat; 111 g protein; 38 g fiber. Subtracting the fiber from the carbs gives net carbs at 58. I may have to cut carbs more.

S - Mini Corozonas bar, 1 1/2 t. peanut butter
L - Chicken Burrito on low carb tortilla, refried beans
S - Premier protein shake
Meatballs; 3 spinach raviolis, salad

I go up and down sometimes with nothing I can find to be the cause. It can be very frustrating. I know when I was about 6 months out, I could eat the same number of calories and low carb (under 30 net) and lose or with carbs and not lose. I still try to keep my carbs really low.

Hi Price - sounds like you're busy busy busy!
Once I'm done working I've got a hair appt, a nail appt and need to replace my garbage disposal. I also need to get back into sorting out my clothes. Funny how time gets away from us.
