Menus and Miles Tuesday April 21st

1/3 box fat free mac and cheese ( made from box w skim powdered milk n butter buds and 4 slices fat free sharp cheddar cheese)
fre****alian bread ( just the outside ) my greatest sin
today I had a baby au rum and a small napoleon from the same bakery as a ten o clock snack -- way too much sugar and fat , almost made me sick..
many many chai teas with fat free powdered milk and chai tea masala keurigs from starbux
( realizing this menu is the CARBIEST lol )... probably will eat organic low fat hamburger meat browned with garlic ginger and spices and mixed with salsa and guacamole for lunch ...
plan to make chicken fajitas for dinner with fresh corn tortillas, guacamole, fat free sorcery homegrown lettuce and egyptian onions and salsa canned last summer from our own produce . Still have baked pumpkin pie fillings snack .. or low fat skinny cow ice cream sandwiches .
Trying to be candy-free but its hard when BF bought a bunch of leftover delicious passover candy on sale ... still ring-jells ( dark chocolate dipped sour fruit gel rings ) aren't the worst - only one gram fat each .
Planted - tomatoes two batches lettuce radishes, peas , white onions .. need to plant flowers , herbs , fritters and lay down mulch ...
hope to run today - its awesome out and I DO have new headphones Also need to do some ab crunches, pushups and kickboxing for the side overhang lol
