That's how the dietician figured it out. She used a calculator and went around the room asking our height and Gabe us each a range. So strange how everyone does it a bit different. Regardless, that range is way too low for me and I've always planned to stick with the 80 g.

Day #3 of eating like I should. Whoever posts about sipping protein powder in water.....thank you!!. It's a great way to get in protein. I'm using Roadside Lemonade with a little Crystal Lite. Yesterday I made a Click shake and it just didn't taste right. I just don't understand why Click has turned on me. I used to have one, sometimes 2 Click shakes a day. Today, I started off with protein coffee. Last night I fixed myself tilapia and salad and DH and DS got a pasta dish leftovers from a potluck and salad. I don't need the pasta and the red pasta sauce doesn't agree with my tummy. I'm going to make some dishes for me for the freezer.
Eats today:
Protein coffee
Kind Bar; beef stick
Pastrami/cheese roll-up; salad
Premier Protein
Beans/Ham.....would like cornbread but I will refrain
Greek yogurt

Hi Roz!
Busy day today. Had to work (of course) and the girls spent the day at my house. They're getting a new roof and it was less distracting here. I also bought the kids a Little Tykes swing/slide set. Had to pick that up tonight too. Had a family get-together for the birthday and that was nice seeing everyone. Of course food wasn't the best...
B - coffee x2
L - 2 soft shell tacos
D - 1 baked chicken thigh, 1 wing, baked beans, cole slaw and a mini cupcake before I left.
Vits: yes
Water: ok - not great
