Menus and Miles Monday April 20th
Well starting today and for the next 2 weeks I will be instructing CPR classes where I work. This means instead of being at my desk I will be up and about (YAY!) The upside is more exercise and less boredom and wanting to eat. The downside... not much time, so I have to remind myself to eat. :)
Breakfast: Mint Cookie shake with carbmaster milk 34 protein
Lunch: Turkey Meatballs and zuchinni spaghetti 15 protiein
Snack: ? (something protein)
Dinner: Grilled Chicken/Beef/Veggie Cabobs
Vitamins: On Track
Water: On Track
Exercise: Start week 2 of T25 and 3 mile walk if I have time. :)

I had DGD#1 and DGS all weekend and spent the night with them last night. I took work and some other stuff to do but never did any of it. I forgot how hard work taking care of 2 was!! But, I had a blast with them. They are so sweet. DGD#2 came Saturday to play but made her mom promise she would come back and get her - she spent the last two weekends with us and wanted to stay at her house this weekend.

We rarely have just 2 at a time any more. DH is a great help!!! I'm looking forward to the warm weather in FL but REALLY looking forward to being with 5 of our grandkids and 2 DD's for 10 days....YEAH! I'm sure the baby and I will become great buddies during that time since he is too little to swim or join in any of the other fun. I've been there so many times that I will enjoy jus****ching over him and reading a book under an umbrella.
