9 weeks out......
Hi there,
Just wanted to update, 45 pounds down, numerous inches lost. The process has been quite smooth. Still eating a lot of seafood, and soft meats. Still only getting in about 3 meals a day. I drink a syntax drink a day. Thank you Roz for pointing me in the right direction on those shakes. Been doing well on the vitamins. I am in training for a half marathon in May so put in 8 miles today.
Gastric bypass is the best thing I ever did for myself.

That is crazy Good! I am doing yard work & walking for exercise, but honestly I am still way lacking on actual exercise. It is one of the goals I keep saying Im going to do and Ive bought videos (yoga & zumba) and a mat but Ive yet to put one in the DVR. And running well...
Go you! Big kudos for initiative and follow through!
