MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g) and additional regular coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - sunflower seeds
D - chicken stir fry w/bok choy and bamboo shoots
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

MILES:
6 - 15 minute walks, 60 - leaning p/u, and squats
