Hi all - hope your day is going good!

Been busy today - I've taken ALL my clothes (from both locations) and put them together and am sorting through them.  Basically I've got 6 years worth of accumulation and unfortunately a bit of them don't fit anymore.  I really thought I'd do the "I'll keep that in case I lose these 10 lbs" but that has only happened with 1 pair of shorts (which I could get on, but didn't fit well).  I guess I figure when that happens - I'll just buy some new ones, but honestly I think the stuff I have left will still fit then too.  You really should see the pile I have in my living room... my daughter is coming over to "shop" in it (we are similar size) and the rest I'll probably donate.  There's a few quality pieces I may try to see on some local FB sites.  Regain sucks!  :0

B - coffee

L - a leftover piece of pizza

D - hot turkey sandwiches sans the bread

Vits:  yes

Water:  Doing ok

I went to goodwill yesterday and bought dress pants.  I had 2 pair I could wear comfortably.  Really p*^# me off to have to go to 8s.  I did the same thing a few weeks ago with jeans.  I guess I should be happy to not be in 24s but I swore I wasn't going to buy larger clothes again, ever.  I'm not tossing the smaller stuff yet.  I still plan on getting into some of it but I had to have something to wear other than sweatpants.

I agree!!!   My to small clothes aren't really regain (at least I'm not admitting to that) but it's bounce back that landed me in Maintenance mode.  I gave DD#2 a few things but I think I have to admit that I'm never going to go back to those lower numbers again unless I get sick so I need to donate the rest somewhere.

It's a beautiful day in Kansas City.  I have gone thru all my bariatric recipes and have vowed to start cooking for me.  If it's something DH and DS  like I will share.  I have a lot of recipes from Eggface.  I can freeze some of them for my lunch at work.  I will fix them potatoes and corn but I won't eat them until I've shed some lbs.  It won't be a problem.  I like them but I can leave them along.  I can't eat like people with normal stomachs.

Today, I have navy beans and ham cooking.  I will have a small bowl for dinner.

Eats today:

Protein coffee

Click shake in almond milk

Roadside Lemonade protein in water to sip

Beans & Ham

When I froze things for just me it was so much less stress!!  I need to do that again!!

I love ham and bean soup but I can't seem to stop at one bowl.  I'd have to freeze it fast!!!

Protein looks good!

It is raining here today. It was a very heavy rain during my son's Flag Football game. Thankfully my hubby insisted since I was still healing that I needed to stay in the Flex!!

Full Liquids (6 days post-op)

Breakfast: Protein HC (25g)

Lunch: Injury Chicken Broth (20g)

Dinner: Isopure Zero Carb (20g)

Snack: Sugar-Free Popsicle

I'm on track to get over 95 oz of liquids today. All bites taken too. The only pill I haven't yet added back is the Ursodiol. It's a capsule and for some reason the size worries me!
