Your post sounds so much like me that it put a smile on my face. The more I try to get these couple of pounds off for vacation the more I want to eat!!!  The more I think of not eating the more I think about food...   Just keep trying your Mother of the Groom dress on!!!

Hello all!!

Don't you hate it when you can't stop??? It's like you're on the outside looking in at a monster.. I hate it!

S- ( at 2 different times, I'm so hungry today!!)   one fourth of a Pure chocolate deluxe protein bar

I'm on my way with water, but not up to where I should be. Usually at 80 oz. by now...

It looks like you are doing a good job fighting the monster!!!!    I like that you are choosing Protein as your go to when you are hungry!   It's when we turn to carbs that we get ourselves in trouble!!!

Very stressful day workwise but it wasn't raining and I did get out to drive and feel a lot better now.  Amazing how a drive relieves my stress.

Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g) and additional regular coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
B - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - homemade veggie beef soup
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
D - meat loaf and green beans
S - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

MILES:
6 - 15 minute walks, 60 - leaning p/u, and 20 - squats
