WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them occasionally while I'm having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Maintenance: 6+ years out and started the new year right on target!!!
Breakfast: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g
Snack: 6 grapes
Lunch: Hot Dog (DH showed up for lunch)
Snack: 80 Calorie Light & fit Greek Cherry Non Fat Yogurt
Snack: 1/2 a donut....Slight Dump.....!!!!
Dinner: Not sure but definitely Protein
Snack: 3 TB. of unpopped Popcorn (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance)

I'm having a great day! Today will be day 3 of my new workout program and this morning I am already down 1.8 lbs from Sunday. I am so excited! I can't wait to do todays video! :)
Breakfast: Matrix Mint Cookie shake with Carbmaster Milk (34 Protein)
Lunch: Crack Slaw: (25 protein)
Snack: Cheese Stick (5 protein)
Dinner: ?? Protein of some kind, but I don't know. Maybe fish??
Water: Doing much better! On track
Vitamins: On track
Exercise: Day 3 of T25 and I can't wait! I won't be able to do my 3 mile walk today because we are taking our dog to his first obedience class. :) That will probably be a workout all in itself. :) HA!
My DD did the T25. I'm not sure what she is doing now. She was always my thinnest one until her senior year and then she was having some boy problems and gained weight. Now she exercises a lot and she is the tinniest thing ever.

I did get back on the treadmill last night for 55 minutes 3.1 miles - and I'm SORE! But - it's all good! Not sure about tonight - we'll see. Nicole and I are running errands but then again I've been getting on it later at night too.
Today:
B - coffee and a protein coffee
L - 2 hamburg patties cooked in the hot sauce stuff again. I used a different sauce than yesterday and it was HOT! I didn't eat all the 2 and don't know why I thought it was a good idea to even cook the 2nd one...
D - not sure.
Vits: yes
Water: working on it. Found some raspberry tea - no sugar/carbs - it's very good.
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Hello! Having a good day here. Mailed my taxes.
I am now cooking and planning my meals for the next few days. Working 12 hours tomorrow and Friday. I do so much better when I have things ready to go. Whether or not I get to stop and eat it, is another story! Not feeling my protein today, into veggies. Need to get a shake in!

I use to love the rush of not doing my taxes until the 15th but the older I got the more stress it called me.....LOL. Now that I can do them on line I'm always done with mine and DD's by the end of Jan.
I do better when I'm prepared to. I can't wait until morning to pack my lunch or I get lazy and grab the simplest thing. Fortunately I've had leftovers this week to pack.
