Welcome!!!!! I love our LW board!!! I gave up posting on other boards years ago.
It looks like you are basing your meals on Protein. Do you know how many you are getting in each day?

Does it not look good??
My PA said to not go over 80 grams of protein- sometimes I do, but just a few grams. She said that she sees people gain over 80g. Then someone posted somewhere (I read too much and can't remember where...) a site that has how much protein you need for your height. Sooo.... I try to get 70 grams of protein a day to meet that goal. Rarely do I get less.
I use My Fitness Pal, so those calories glare at me constantly. I read that most people at my stage are below 600, so I try to stay there. I think about all of this CONSTANTLY!! If you have any advice. I'd welcome it!

Hi Roz - it seems the harder I try to eat well I keep gaining. ugh! So - getting back to basics. What that means is no more fancy casseroles with lots of cheeses, fats and veggies - it means I need to keep it simple - a chicken breast sauteed with hot sauce, etc.
I found a good way to make sure I get my protein coffee - not have any creamer or milk in the house! Drove back to MI yesterday and Old Mother Hubbard lives here - lol.
eta: Hour on the treadmill - woohoo!
B - 2 protein coffees
Late lunch - 2 crab cakes
D/S - hamburg patty w/a slice of cheese
Vits: not yet but will
Water: a little low today - but will work on it!

It seems like the harder I try the worse I do....lol. I do horrible when my cupboards are bare. Sometimes I hate spending the extra money for Proteins that I actually enjoy eating and I need to stop feeling that way.
I wanted to buy stuff to make crab cakes this week but I totally forgot....ugh.
I've found that I have to just cut carbs out of my meal plans completely. I sooooo wanted a mini tootsie roll today but so far I've won the battle.
Sounds Good Jody!!
