Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them occasionally while I'm having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!!! I did good on the carbs yesterday (even with Chocolate Cake sitting on the kitchen table) but the scales didn't move this morning but I'm not giving up!! We leave on vacation the 24th and I want to start with a lower scale. That will motivate me to do good while we are away.

I do love that it is getting easier to meet my requirements...
I'm glad it's getting easier for you. I feel like that is a major step in being successful!!
Biscotti dipped in hot tea....wow I miss that! I look at it almost every time I go to the grocery store but I know I can't stop at one so I walk away fast......LOL.
Sounds Good!

We are having 70's today and it so absolutely wonderful!! It's the nicest day so far this spring. I got to enjoy a little bit of it driving to DH's check up appointment.
I think asked this before. Do you put Protein in your oatmeal or do you have Protein Oatmeal?
Sounds Good Price

Good morning or should I say afternoon.... today is flying by! I am having a great morning. I'm happy the scale is finally moving again. Nothing drastic, but every time I am down even half a lb, I am happy and celebrating. I've reached the point where I am celebrating my accomplishments instead of focusing so hard on what I have left. Today some co-workers wanted to go out for lunch. I politely said no thank you. They gave me a hard time (jokingly), but then said they are so proud of me. I drive a vanpool to work and they all ride on a different vanpool (so they didn't have a ride out). I drove them to pick up their food, but I still stuck with my planned meal. :) On top of that it is raining. I told them to wait at the door and I would go get the van and pick them up. I ran all the way to the van! Then when we got back, I dropped them off at the door, parked the van and ran all the way back to the building. :D Major NSV!!! I ran! LOL
Breakfast: Matrix Mint Cookie with Carbmaster Milk (34 protein)
Lunch: Spinach Salad with Cheddar Cheese, Smoked Turkey Breast, Turkey Pepperoni, and a few other mixed veggies (22 protein)
Snack: Egg Beaters with Crumbled turkey sausage (9 protein)
Dinner: I never know anymore... LOL But I keep it high protein/low carb
Water: Not doing great with it today
Vitamins: On Track
Exercise: Today is day one of T25. My boyfriend is doing it with me. Last night we took our before pictures and measurements. I'm excited about this 10 week program. And after the 10 weeks, I'm going to Disney!! (First time)
I'm soooo Proud of you!!! It sounds like you are doing Awesome!!! Are you going to Disney in CA? We are going next Friday in FL.
Sounds Good!

I'm trying and I'm feeling great! :) I'm going in Florida also! June 28th - July 5th! I'm so excited! I really hope to be down 24.6 more lbs by then. That will put me at 150, which is a "normal weight" for my height. If I don't make it, I won't be down on myself, but it is what I am aiming for. In all honesty, I don't think I will make it because that would mean I am losing about 2.5 lbs per week and I am just not losing that quickly. I'm hoping the T25 workouts will help with that though! :)
