Menus and Miles for Roz - Saturday - April 11th
Hi everyone - better late than never I guess! I see Roz is busy - there were more cheer competitions and it sounds like all went very well!
I went on a nice motorcycle ride today. Temp got to about 64 - a bit windy/blustery at times and the wind was on the cool side, but dressed for it. Sunny - which made a big difference. Also stopped and got a 90 minute massage - ahhhh!!
Heading back to MI tomorrow so I'll be out of touch. Long drive (8.5 hours) but it looks like the weather will be nice for me. Car all packed - and when I mean packed - it's PACKED! I'm taking back ALL my clothes with me. Just imagine a walk in closet that has a door shoe rack that was full, in addition to shoes on the floor - and the thing is PACKED. There are so many clothes I don't fit in anymore, don't like, don't wear or whatever. I'm going to take ALL my clothes and do a major purge. I get confused a lot as to what I have in Mi vs Va... so this (I hope) will simplify that. Of course I'll have the "I can get back into that if I lose 10 lbs" pile... Shoes I've bought and never worn - I know I've even got clothes with tags still on them.... This is about 3 years worth of accumulation without getting rid of anything after buying something new. Now - to let others know I WILL be coming back (it really looks like I'm moving) I left ALL my purses in VA ;)
Today eats were carby.
B - chipped beef on wheat toast and 2 eggs. Ate about 1/2 the chipped beef/toast - a few bites of hash browns
D - 2 pieces of pizza
S - I have some cucumbers that need to be eaten
S - if hungry I'll have a protein drink
Vits: yes
Water: working on it - got a bit low today while out riding.

gone all day at a horse trial scoring and eats were not the best. I stayed out of candy but did eat a cookie or 2.
