Hi Maria and everyone.

I have been off for several days and just read about Roz's DH.  I sent her a text and she told me I could share with everyone that he did not have to have surgery they did IV's and other things.  He is still in the hospital and is on jello now.  All prayers are appreciated!

Here is what I had today:

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Ham, Pimento Cheese
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Ribs, baked beans, corn on the cob

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  100 ozs
Mile:  None - I feel off the exercise wagon also!!

Thanks for the update. Good news if Roz's husband is allowed jello and no surgery. What a relief.

Menu looks great, let me know if you figure out how to get back on that darn wagon! Lol
