Got a new staff started this morning then drove Teke. Keeps trying to rain so I am glad I got a drive in before it does.

Hi Maria! I hope all is well with Roz and DH too. I haven't heard from her in a couple of days.
My restriction is AWESOME! I wonder why some days is it - and some days it isn't... yesterday I went for Sushi and ate a bit and thought I could have some more. Then I stopped and told myself "just because you don't "feel" full doesn't mean you shouldn't stop". So I did - and it was fine. I knew I'd push myself over the edge if I ordered more. Then today I eat a few bites and am full. Not complaining...
B - coffee
B2 - leftover scrambled egg/sausage/gravy and a biscuit. I ate maybe 5 bites. Breakfast is when I have my most restriction
S - 2 SF gerkins
L - protein hot chocolate
D - 1 small piece of chicken and am stuffed! It's like 1/4 of a chicken breast. I cooked Chicken Lombardi the other day and it was a LOT. I'll be eating on that for a week or more!

My highest weight was 271, got down to 167 but shot back to 200....down to 190 today....going back to basics until I can get down to a healthy Bmi which is around 150
