Percentage loss :)
Good Morning and Happy Easter!
I have been stuck at 190 for the past few days. So this morning I decided to check my percentage lost to help remind me that this small stall will go away. I was pleased to see that I have lost 10% of my excess weight! :) I know that isn't much, however I also know that is associated with so many different help aspects as well. So I am THRILLED!
Also my pair of size 18 jeans were way to loose on me yesterday AND I had just pulled them out of the dryer!! By the end of the night they were super baggy on me!
Anyways- I hope you all have a great Easter Sunday!

Have stopped losing pounds but am losing inches!
I always gave my self an thumbs up when I got my protein in, got my fluid in and followed my plan, no matter what the scale said, because I knew if I was doing that, the scale would follow. Good for you for having a positive attitude. You got this!!!

That does make sense Price! I am still struggling with fluid intake but my protein is almost met every day if not spot on then just a few grams less. But I figured for 5.5 weeks out that it is okay and still a learning process.

Jenna,
You're doing way better than 10% of your excess weight. You've lost 10% of your body weight since your surgery! The difference being your excess is the amount you started with to your goal weight. So if you use your starting weight of 227 minus goal of 120 = 107 lbs excess, meaning you have lost 37 lbs or 33% of your excess.
I know because my stats are similar and this number is the only thing keeping me from losing it when I have a 1 lb loss for the week!
Keep it up, well make it through!
You know, I didn't even think about going by my consult weight! I was just going by what I was the day of surgery to now. But I think I like your method better 😉

I like your calculations better than the website I used. All it asked for was starting weight and current then did it's thing lol.
Thank you!
