Hi LW's......I'm Back!!!!!!

Roz !!!!

I've missed you all!!!!   I missed structure in my life too!  I got back late Monday afternoon and then yesterday one of my DGD's had the flu so I missed work to take care of her.  It's great to be back at work but my desk is piled high!  My Manager is in AZ and she is usually the one who covers for me when I'm away.

We took 11 All-Star Cheer Squads to the National Competition and we took ten firsts and one third plus 4 Level Grand Championships. It was a pretty exciting weekend.  If you have never watched All-Star Cheer you have missed out and some fantastic athletes.

We took the 3 week old with us and DH and I tended to him so DD#3 could Coach and not have to worry about him.  He was such a good baby!  Her Hubby is wonderful but a newborn plus their  7 and 3 yr. old would have made for a very stressful weekend for him.

As usually there wasn't very good choices for eating at the comp.  I had a couple of BLT sandwiches, chicken tenders,  and fruit.  I did take my Protein drinks and so far I'm not cramping so I'm going to include at least one in my daily menus as long as I can.  I tried really hard not to snack but a couple of days I caught myself putting my hand in the "thin flat" pretzel bag to many times.

Our next competition is the end of April into May for 10 days in Disney so I need to get off the 2 pounds I am up.  Getting back on my Protein drinks will help that.

Congrats to everyone.  Sounds like a great, but tiring trip.  We missed you but tired to keep things going!!  I can't imagine a 10 day competition but I bet it makes memories for a lifetime for the girls.

I'm back too!!

Sounds like it was a great trip for all of you.

We went to my parents.  I did a 5K Saturday morning.  We came home Sunday and I have been so tired.  Both DGD's came and spent Tuesday night with us since they are on spring break.  DD came yesterday morning and we took the girls to the mall and movies.  It was a really fun day, but I was asleep on the couch by 8:30 last night!!
