Two NSV's (one of which was a "Hunger Games Easter Egg Hunt")
NSV #1 : Sat the hubby and I did yard work, a lot of yard work! We filled up a trailer full of tree branches, weeds , bushes etc it took 6 hrs to cut it down drag it to the trailer and another hr to off load it at the dump on the back end. Tired... but the Fit bit logged me at 7 miles & 22 flights of stairs (I guess from the bending?)
NSV #2: Cousin hosted an Easter BBQ & Egg hunt for the kids. Afterwards we took all the empty plastic eggs and let the kids rehide them. 10 of us ladies & teenagers then did a "hunger games reenactment" where we ran for Nerf guns from a conuccopia, & shot each other while we hunted eggs. You had to drop your gun if you were shot and return to the starting point for a count of 20. It was a blast and exhausting, but being able to participate and not sit out it with the older generation as I might have in the past was motivating in itself.
Hope everyone had a great EASTER!
Oh I do have to admit I am really sore today...but a good sore!
Sounds awesome and like you had a lot of fun too! It only gets better!!!
