Menus and Miles for Roz - Happy Good Friday - April 3rd
Hi LW's! I'll get this started for Roz - she must be off.
I got a new computer for work today (yay!) and had it configured this morning. I had to run out for lunch because it wasn't done - I've been doing pretty well lately too with NO fast food -but Burger King was about the only thing around. I got a fish sandwich, took off the top bun, ate around the bottom bun and felt I did ok with it.
So today:
B - coffee x1 (yes - I missed one!)
L - BK fish sandwich sans Most of the bun. I don't get fries
S - I'll have a protein drink
D - not sure but I have a chicken recipe I want to try
Vits: I will!
Water: doing ok

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Sounds like you are having a good, good Friday, sorry, lol. A new computer and navigating Burger King like a pro!
Things are ok here, called off of work today, was up coughing all night long. Really having a tough time with this cold, but it is improving. I think my throat is just all irritated with this non stop sinus drainage, nothing like having your nurse coughing all over you, so here I am.
B half scoop protein coffee, lite and fit greek yogurt with my vites
L 2 eggs with 4 spears of asparagus, thin slice of black forest ham and topped with a little muenster cheese
D 1 oz ham rolled up with 1 oz swiss and a smear of jalapeno cream cheese
S jello cup, cup of coffee with cream and sweetener
Vites done
Fluids 64 oz
Miles none yet, keep looking at the treadmill, drizzling here off and on today and cold.

Odd day for me, I don't do so well on non routine days, and today was anything but routine...
B- part of a protein shake (15 GP)
L, S, & D - 1/3 for each meal/snack of a chicken & feta cheese wrap (yummy, but I ate the wrap & I doubt the protein was high enough)
Water -not enough
vits- 1/2 of req.
I need to do better, im too early out to be letting this much slide-im making promises to myself...
