As most of us have learned, make sure you lost about 10-20 extra lbs (as low as your body will go) cause bounce back is real and she is a *****

Yes, I have heard that.  I'm still on plan, and haven't added anything in.  But the weight loss really slowed.

11 years post RNY....

HW 221/SW 190/initial LW 124-125 at 5'0"

bounced up to 138 for a while and gradually climbed to 162 last year, working nights and snacking....not a good combo.

Over past year, have steadily lost to a new current low, 116-118
