Hi Roz.

B - coffee and a protein coffee (was feeling a little hungry and was hoping it would take care of it)

L - in the office today and took the guys out for Mexican.  I had a stuffed pepper (cheese and meat), no rice or beans.  A few corn tortilla chips

D - leftover jalepeno popper chicken casserole

Vits:  yes

Water:  doing o**** tea and coffee

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I'm sitting here drinking my second Protein drink for the day hoping I don't get crampy....I really miss them!

My parents are at my house to spend the night.  Then we will all leave in the morning going to their house for the weekend(after Grandparents day at DGD#2's school).  Not sure I'll have a chance to get back on here tonight so I'll put what I think I'm going to do tonight...

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Chicken Taco Bake
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Low Carb Chicken Cordon Bleu
S:  Popcorn - if I have one

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  90 ozs so far
Miles:  2-3 walk/jog if the rain holds off

That reminds me....I have to look up and see when Grandparents Day is.  They are closing at least 5 of our Elementary Schools this summer so next year all of my local grandkids will go to the same school.  Grandparents day will be so much easier for me next year.

Sounds Awesome!!!   Has your schools moved down since you have increased your Protein Drinks?

I think I am down about 1 1/2 pounds since I got back on them, stopped the bad snacking and added more exercise back.  I've been taking lots of medicine though so I hope once I stop all of it, they will drop even more.

i ordered the lemon tea and it says 4 serving.   How much water do you put in your tea.

Hard to plan for today because I was at a training 90 minutes away with no refrigeration.  But I think I did ok.

Breakfast in the car on the way to training - tuna with 1/2 arnold flat bread

snack - 1/3 quest bar

lunch - 1/2 hamburger, no bun, pickle, bite of broccoli

snack - 1/3 quest bar

dinner - 1/2 chicken breast, tablespoon corn

snack - string cheese, 10 cashews
