L - in the office today and took the guys out for Mexican. I had a stuffed pepper (cheese and meat), no rice or beans. A few corn tortilla chips

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

My parents are at my house to spend the night. Then we will all leave in the morning going to their house for the weekend(after Grandparents day at DGD#2's school). Not sure I'll have a chance to get back on here tonight so I'll put what I think I'm going to do tonight...

That reminds me....I have to look up and see when Grandparents Day is. They are closing at least 5 of our Elementary Schools this summer so next year all of my local grandkids will go to the same school. Grandparents day will be so much easier for me next year.

Hard to plan for today because I was at a training 90 minutes away with no refrigeration. But I think I did ok.
Breakfast in the car on the way to training - tuna with 1/2 arnold flat bread
snack - 1/3 quest bar
lunch - 1/2 hamburger, no bun, pickle, bite of broccoli
snack - 1/3 quest bar
dinner - 1/2 chicken breast, tablespoon corn
snack - string cheese, 10 cashews
