Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them occasionally while I'm having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Click has forsaken me. How can that be?? Monday and Tuesday I made my shake and it was way too sweet so yesterday I had protein coffee. This morning a Click shake and again just tasted too sweet and I didn't fini**** I've been making this shake for probably 4 years.
I feel like I'm back on track, first time since the sinus surgery. The antibiotic seems to have improved things greatly. I'm feeling really good right now.
B: Click shake
B2: Quest bar
S: Protein hot chocolate
L: Ham Salad, low carb wrap, fresh spinach
S: Fruity flavor of Syntrax Nectar mixed in ice water to sip on all afternoon

Roz, I never thought about that, but maybe so. The first 2 weeks after surgery, nothing tasted good. Food tastes fine now but shakes made with almond milk just taste way too sweet. One thing I'm enjoying is the fruit flavored Syntrax Nectar shakes mixed with water. I've never liked them before.
