Thanks for keeping me on the straight and narrow yesterday. I can do it but I am an idiot who makes the same mistakes over again.

B-Premier RTD chocolate w/diet hot choc.

S-3 ounces chicken, carrots, LC lite Swiss wedges

L-3 oz. Tuna w/Tbl mayo and small salad

S-1/2c strawberries

It doesn't matter if you are a "newbie" or on Maintenance we are all addicted to food and sometimes I even put it in my mouth without even thinking. 

Success comes from admitting our mistakes and moving on to a new second or minute (not day). 

One of the reasons I drank a lot of Protein Drinks was so I didn't think about food as much.

90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

I  feel your pain. I know I struggle too. Try to be kind to yourself, I am sure you would not call me an idiot for eating Reese peanut butter eggs (something I am trying to stay clear of, they are my favorite! And they every right now!!)

We will slip, we are not perfect, but if  we keep trying with the next bite or meal, we will not fail. I  fighting to get rid of this 30 pound regain and I know it will be slow, but I will do it!
