Hello Everyone! I thought I would get this started for Roz today!
Today is day 4 of 30 day squat and plank challenge, I think I might actually live through it!
B: 2 coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 (3 g)
S: Premier Protein Shake (30g)
Ongoing Morning Protein Water (21 g)
L: Cottage Cheese (11 g) & Small Greek Yogurt (8 g)
S: Premier Protein Shake (30 g)
Ongoing Afternoon Protein Water (21 g)
S/F Popsicle
D: Not sure maybe bacon wrapped scallops...
S: F/F Jello & Ultra low-fat cool whip.
TOTAL Protein 136 g (nothing calculated for dinner yet)
Vitamins - working on them
Exercise - 10 minutes rebounder; 60 squats and 1 minute plank!
Got on the scale thinking I would see a downward spiral since I've done so well this week, but no, same numbers. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr. I even passed on the corn at dinner one night and I really like corn.

B2: Corozonas Bar
L: Smothered Chicken; carrots
S: NV Almond Crunch bar. Sip on a Fuzzy Navel Syntrax in ice water. Wish Syntrax came in smaller containers.

I love the Fuzzy Navel too. Well technically the containers are only HALF full - lol.. but yea I know what you mean.
I've poured mine into pretty canisters and kept them on the counter.

S - peanut butter on a spoon. Why I do that, I don't know. It upsets my poor tummy - that was the mindless grazing.
D - probably more of what I had for lunch. A casserole dish will last me for a week!

Hello everyone, cold and snowy day here. This cold seems like the never ending cold! Starting to get a voice back but will work all weekend, oh well....
