I need your help for my challenge
Today I challenge myself to stay on my plan. No extra carbs, food excess, or giving up after a slip(if there should be one). Will you check in with me during the day by responding to this post? I know that my friends on this forum will support me! Thanks in advance.
p.s. the size 8 dress that I bought a month ago(and never took the tags off)fits just fine and it makes me happy today!

Why don't you post your planned menu here and throughout the day update it. We can see how you're doing and if you slip up we'll know how - and can give you support?
Congrats on the size 8 dress! I just took 2 dresses back to Macy's yesterday - only because I bought 4 for my son's wedding KNOWING I would return some. One was a beautiful cobalt blue that fit awesome - but I just didn't need it. I've got SO many dresses (I prefer dresses to dress pants) but don't even go into an office anymore...

I hope you're day is going particularly well and after a weekend of excess (not like before surgery but enough to make me feel guilty) I am determined to stay on plan as well. So happy for you about your size 8 dress! I love it when something I couldn't fit before all of a sudden fits! Congratulations! Have a great "on plan" day! :)

I also have a dannon Light and fit greek yogurt for lunch today. Im a little scared of it because it looks too good, so it can't be right? Its called Raspberry Chocolate. How can something called that be 12 g Protein & 80 calories (the negative is its 8 Carbs) but I usually have less than 20 my entire day so I figured id splurge. Well see if it lives up to the hype...
