I need to read more posts like yours, 3 mos post op and my weight loss slowed to about 1 lb a week or every other week. I'm a nurse and researched about the slower wl with increased age and lower BMI's. Sleeves do not effect absorption and should be taken into acount when talking WLS's. Kind of apples and oranges :). I'm 57 yrs old and exercise is hard to get in (but i'm trying) It's nice to see that WL takes years gradually with restrictive surgery. We all struggle, but it's nice to know that others are having the same struggles and we are not alone. Kind of got beat up on this board a few weeks ago. THanks for your story! Start weight-231, surgery-210 (11/18/2014), current-185, and I keep on working it, everyday :)
No real change this week. Upped the exercise and the scale stalled. 124, I think.

Maybe more protein to account for the increase in exercise?
