Sunday Weigh In
I have been trying to figure out how to put my Surgery Date in the upper right hand corner for 4mths (and Ive literally spent at least a couple hrs looking cumulative, If anyone knows how I'd love some info)
Anyways,
Last week 210
This week 207 (kinda bummed at the 3 lb loss a week but then I think, 3 lb a week, 4 weeks in a mth, 12 lbs a mth, ok, I can deal with that) funny how you have to do all these mind games with yourself.
Navychic, it is totally funny how we have to think about things differently. I've been doing a challenge with my friends on my fitness group and I only weigh in every two weeks. But it's hard to stay off the scale because I always want to know if I lost or gained.
But the one thing we always say to each other is a loss is a loss and a gain just means we need to focus a little harder. And I'm forever telling myself that now. And just think of it as this is a life changing event. I was struggling for awhile with finally seeing the weight loss. I knew it was happening but I didn't see it at all. I finally had to turn to reading books about other people's experience with this surgery. And I'm finally starting to see things. It's totally mind over matter at times.
Good for you.
After 4 months I dropped to 4 lbs a MONTH...so you are doing awesome.
