WTG. Keep up the good work everyone. How long ago has everyone had their surgery? I just had mine four months ago on November 20th. And my starting weight was 299 and I'm currently 230.5.

Gastro sleeve 11/20/2014, Starting weight 299, Current weight 230.5 ,Goal weight 190 or less.

I'm over 4 years out. Been in maintenance for 3 plus years.
