Menus and Miles Monday March 23rd
Roz, it appears you eat very little. When I post what I ate after you it seems like I'm eating sooooo much! Monday, just felt a little like an out of control day!
B: 2 coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 (3g)
S: Protein Shake (30 g)
L: Protein Shake (30 g)
D: 5 chicken wings (20 g) - I ate too many and paid for it :( Sometimes I think oh yeah I got this and then I think - no, I don't!
S: F/F Jello with Ultra Low Fat Cool Whip
S: Some of my hubby's potato chips and a S/F popsicle - I just couldn't seem to stop eating last night :(
Water - Yes
Vitamins - Yes
TOTAL Protein: 83 g
Even when I was heavy I ate numerous small meals I just try to keep them healthier now. I'm one of those strange people who prefers to eat out of the pan when I'm cooking and then not sit down to eat.
I'm not sure I could even 5 wings even now. It worries me that you are eating chips this early out. You need to get some Protein snacks like jerky to eat when you are tempted with carbs.
