Menus and Miles Monday March 23rd
Hi Roz,
I have a 4 day work week too! We are going to my Mom & Dad's for the weekend. I signed up for a 5K there to do with my nephew and niece. I haven't seen my DGD#1 and DGS since the end of February. My son told me to stay away until I was completely well-LOL!! I do facetime with them just so I can see them.

You are such a GOOD Grandma. I don't get to see DD#2 and the grandkids very often since they moved about 45 minutes away. It makes me sad.
Enjoy your time with your parents and happy to hear you are doing another 5K.
Sounds like an Awesome Protein Day!!

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

Hi Roz. My name is Chris and I enjoy reading your posts. Just had a question. I love popcorn and am looking forward to some maybe in a few months. Do you pop yours in a pot or microwave? Ever add anything to it like seasonings? I know they are high in sodium but I am pretty conservative on the salt shaker so was just wondering. Thanks
Welcome Chris!!
I LOVE Popcorn!! I use to use the premade bags until I realized how many preservatives are in them. Now I use a microwave popper. I don't need to put anything on it but I usually add 1 TBS oil and salt. I've tried flavoring but I prefer it plain. I thought it would be hard to swallow but it goes down really easy. I went to the movies with DD and DGD and had butter popcorn and the first couple bites were good but then all I could taste was grease....boy did it make me feel crappy later on.
