9 days out & energy low -- need feedback

Agree with the posters who said try to get your protein, water & vitamins in.  I know its hard to eat/drink anything but you are giving your body the energy it needs to recover, that said, obviously it just takes time.  Hang in there it will get better!

Thanks for the advice. I woke up today feeling soooo much more normal, yeah! I was getting 90 grams protein a day, drink 3-4 large glasses of crystal light a day (sip, sip) And taking my flintstones. I think it was just normal "Hey! You had surgery, it'seems gonna take a second!"

I do recall being overly emotional after my first surgery. It had a lot to do with having just put myself through major surgery and food loss. I wish I had checked out a therapist then. It helps so much talking it out (and not to someone you know, haha)
