It's happened
I do agree with you about your struggles. I'mcurrently struggling with getting my 60 gm of protein and water and food intake in as well. And I think because of this I'm having the worst side effect ever I'm losing my hair alot. And I'm scared that I'm going to have to wear a wig soon.
Does anyone have any suggestions to help me improve with this? And your doing good with your journey stick with it even if the scale shows a gain you will lose it before you know it. You just have to make sure you stay positive and active.
Sprung love, try some of the sample packets of protein, once you find one you like it becomes immeasurably easier to get your protein in. I went through multiple brands/flavors before I settled on ones that worked for me. Also focus on your vitamins, Ive heard they have a lot to do with it.
Also you may want to start your own post, because this one is a couple days old, people will stop looking at it, and I think you have an important topic that some of the vets could help you on!
