Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them occasionally while I'm having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Good Morning LW's!!!! Off to the last Local All-Star Cheer Competition of the season. It's hard to make good choices at the comps because they don't offer anything but breaded chicken and carbs. Packed a couple of my Protein Bars and I'll grab an apple on the way when we stop to get gas. Will stop on the way home for a late dinner so Protein will be my Healthy Choice.
Catch you all later!!! Have a Successful day!!!

Hi Roz,
Hope the teams do good today. I went back to the doctor this morning. My ear drum is bulging from the pressure between my nose and ear and this pollen is making it worse. Another round of antibiotics, nose spray and if not better by Tuesday I am off to an ENT doctor. No 5K for me tonight. She said if I felt like it I could do the 1 Mile walk. Not feeling it right now, but maybe I'll feel better in a little while.

HI all, Good /Crazy day for me, but not so good for protein... I hosted a neighborhood spring festival for about 100-150 kids. Two big bounce houses, a petting zoo with 2 ponies for rides and an easter egg hunt with 1500 eggs. Lotsa prep support help from the local ladies, so it was fun, but wow, I think I got my exercise in legitimately.
Anyways other than the morning coffee and a bbq rib at dinner from the after BBQ, that was my protein. Not a great day for either protein or water. Lost a pd though...although it was probably water weight from the running around ... Ah well tomorrow is another day.
