Welcome to the LW Board.  Good luck and be sure to stay around after your surgery.  It is really good to go ahead and start posting your meals on Roz's Menus and Miles so you get into the accountability part of WLS.  It is SO important.

I am 60 and had my surgery almost 6 years ago, so about the same age as you.  It was one of the best things I ever did for myself.

Can't wait to watch your journey!!

Hi Calli, youre gonna love the lightweights, They'll still answer your questions and let you know if you ask a question, but hey are a lot more supportive and tactful about their answers than some of the other forums.

Bad day for me went for an oil chg and spent 6 hrs in a waiting room getting work done on my car(hence the vending machine p'nuts) so missed lunch & significant amoun****er, and spent almost $800 on maint. what a day
