Hi Roz,

It was rainy and dark when I left my house this morning at 7am for my 1 3/4 hour road trip.  It was suppose to rain on and off all day but when I finally left there this afternoon about 4:45 it was beautiful outside.  Got home about 6:15pm.  Very long day.  Glad I don't have many more of these.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  1/2 Low Carb Tortilla Wrap, Reduced Sugar Peanut Butter, Sugar Free Jam
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Baked Chicken Fajita(no bread)
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Steak Roll-Up(steak, cream cheese, salsa)
S:  100 Calorie Bag of Popcorn

I am so proud of myself.  The library there always has cookies, doughnuts and other things in the break room and I did NOT touch any of them!!

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  100 ozs
Miles:  Only in the car!

S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 Babybel cheeses
L - slice of meat loaf
S - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
D - chicken stir fry w/bok choy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

MILES:
standing at the computer all day, 100 leaning push-ups and jogged a flight of stairs 5 times x 5 times

Hi Roz - better late than never!  I've been wanting to make some egg salad but I'm out of Mayo... it's on my list.

S - a few cashews (can't eat many - they upset  my tummy)
