Menus and Miles Thursday March 19th
Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them occasionally while I'm having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Good Morning LW's!!!! DGD and I were enjoying the birds singing this morning!! Sure sign spring is happening soon. It also makes me think of shorts, capris and sandals....yeah!!....which also makes me think about getting to the bottom of my 3 pound range instead of bouncing between the top numbers. Up with the PROTEIN!!!!

Capris, shorts & sandals used to be my nemesis. Im looking forward a bit more to them this year, especially this summer, we have a vacation at the beach planned for July and I'm actually looking forward to summer clothes for once .
B- Protein Coffee (35 G P)
S 32 oz Protein Tea throughout whole day (35 G P)
L-2 Hard boiled eggs
S- wedge cracker barrel Cheddar
D- Unsure, I have to figure that out still...
I use the Syntrax Nector Lemon tea. I was having issues getting it smooth, but now I whip it in my magic bullet(it gets a bit foamy) but I take it to work in my lunch bag and by the time Im ready to drink, the foam is gone & its very similar to lipton tea concentrate. I do @ 32 oz water & scoop & 1/2 mix.
