Operation Back on Track day 1 was a success!
Pre-planned meals and mindful eating worked on day 1. Everything weighed and packaged up in advance.
Day 2 is going well and I know it is one day at a time. I have admitted to my husband that my "upset stomach" on Sunday more was from much more food than I had previously shared. That was big! I told him that he doesn't see much of what goes on. My plan is to go back to the pre-surgery therapist for a few sessions too.
Thank you for all of your positive comments and support.
Glad youre doing better. Planning is always key. I can't remember where I heard or read it from
"Fail to plan and plan to fail."
This journey is so much more mental than I ever thought. So glad you are getting yourself support with your husband and counseling. You can do this! Just remember to be kind to yourself. I know I can be so harsh with myself when I feel like I am making bad decisions.

I remember reading somewhere that willpower was like a muscle, the more you worked it, the stronger it got. Your willpower muscle just got stronger.
